Element Announces Partnership With Vestalife!

PRESS RELEASE

ELEMENT ANNOUNCES PARTNERSHIP WITH "CES' INNOVATION DESIGN AND ENGINEERING AWARD" WINNER VESTALIFE, LLC.

Element Skateboards today announced a co-branding partnership with consumer electronic manufacturer, Vestalife, LLC., a recent winner of CES' prestigious Innovation Design and Engineering Award. Element and Vestalife will be working together to bring a new line of unique and innovative audio products to the marketplace.

Element believes this partnership is a unique way to reach their primary audience, by co-branding products that focus on this group's passion for both action sports and music. The partnership will also help expose the Element brand to new audiences through new distribution channels.

"We are proud to collaborate with the Vestalife team," says Johnny Schillereff, Founder and President of Element. "Beyond winning prestigious awards for their design and product innovation, Vestalife truly understands Element's rich cultural history in skateboarding and youth lifestyle, as well as our amazing team riders and advocates. We couldn't choose a better company to work with in creating long-lasting appeal for our consumers. The relationship is organic."

The partnership is launching with the release of the Ladybug, a new award-winning speaker dock for iPod and iPhone, featuring a 2.1 amplified speaker system, built-in subwoofer, and limited edition art from Element's top artists. Vestalife recently won CES' coveted Innovations Design and Engineering award for the Ladybug. This award recognizes the most innovative and well-designed consumer electronics products in the world today.

"We wanted to create a fun, innovative design that was different from the rest of the iPod accessory market." stated Myk Lum, Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Vestalife. "We built the Ladybug to break out from the traditional design vocabulary currently used in many competitors' products, and appeal to the untapped youth and teen markets in this space. These savvy, young consumers are looking for unique products that look and feel different from what's out there today."

"We are thrilled to partner with one of the leading action sports brands in the world today," agrees Wayne Ludlum, Co-Founder and Chief Business Officer of Vestalife. "With Element we are able to reach the audiences who would appreciate products like the Ladybug the most."

The Ladybug has 'speaker' wings that fold down, intuitive controls, LED volume level indicators, a metallic soft-touch rubber finish, and excellent sound quality to create an emotional product experience specifically targeted to its unique demographic.

Element & Vestalife, LLC will be launching the Ladybug at International CES in Las Vegas and at Macworld in San Francisco, both in January of 2008. The Ladybug will be available in retailers nationwide at the beginning of 2008.
