The day following the demo the crew was a little taxed from the nights festivities but we were still hyped to skate so we started off with a fun little warm up spot at this little ditch just up from the hotel. The ditch was super fun and had two sections to ride. James did this crazy little wall ride over the mouth of the bridge which was insane. The ditch was rugged and not easy to ride but James hooked it up and after a few tries, rode away clean.

Nilton was skating the upper section of the ditch and was doing wall rides on this super rugged cinder block retaining wall along side of the ditch which was super gnarly. He rigged up a little plywood wedge and was grinding the top of the wall and popping off back into the ditch which was insane! One spot, two shots and we were off to the next spot!

Next we hit up this little shopping center right in Kona town where we were getting coffee and breakfast each morning. We saw there were some possible options but there was a lot of traffic in the parking lot and the word was it was pretty much a bust. We didn't trip and just went for it, Diego saw this gap off a wall and out over the sidewalk. The landing was down hill with pretty rugged ground but Diego got up there and stuck it second try.

There was also these sizeable level gaps from the top of the parking lot to the lower level and Andre wanted to try to Switch Ollie the gap down to the lower level. The traffic in the parking lot sucked but we hadn't been kicked out yet and Andre got a solid pop and nailed it. Another spot, two more shots, and it was yet another productive day on the big island.
